PPC Policy for Jeulia Affiliates
1. Strict Prohibition of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
Jeulia maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising by affiliates. To protect our brand integrity, prevent customer confusion, and manage our online presence, all forms of PPC advertising are expressly forbidden.
2. Scope of the Ban
This prohibition is comprehensive and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Brand & Trademark Terms: Affiliates are absolutely prohibited from bidding on or using any keywords, phrases, misspellings, or variations that contain the terms “Jeulia” or any other trademark owned by Jeulia.
Generic & Non-Brand Terms: The ban extends to all generic and non-branded keywords related to our product categories (e.g., “lab diamond necklace,” “engagement ring,” “birthday gift for her”). Affiliates are not permitted to use PPC to target any search terms with the intent of redirecting traffic to Jeulia.
Competitor Terms: Bidding on competitor brand names is also strictly prohibited.
All Advertising Platforms: This policy applies to all PPC platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Pinterest Ads, and any other network that operates on a cost-per-click model.
Direct Linking: Additionally, affiliates are forbidden from direct linking to Jeulia.com from any paid advertisement. All traffic generated through paid means is invalid.
3. Approved Promotion Methods
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Jeulia through organic and legitimate methods, such as:
Affiliate coupon code/banner
Content marketing on blogs and websites.
Organic social media posts.
All promotional links must be properly tagged using your unique Awin affiliate tracking links.
4. Enforcement and Penalties
Any violation of this PPC policy will be considered a material breach of the affiliate agreement and will result in severe penalties, including:
Immediate and permanent termination from the Jeulia affiliate program.
Full forfeiture and reversal of all commissions accrued during the period of non-compliance, as determined by Jeulia.
Legal action may be pursued to recover damages and enforce trademark rights.
5. Policy Updates
Jeulia reserves the right to monitor affiliate traffic for compliance and to update this policy at any time at our sole discretion. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to check this policy regularly for updates.
